We contacted Charles regarding a 1-bedroom apartment in Motor City, and from the very beginning he was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. This was our first time renting in Dubai, so we had many questions — and Charles guided us through the entire process, including DEWA registration, chiller setup, and all the necessary formalities.
